Quiche
The Lorraine (french) quiche is a great dish to take to a potluck to share with others. Easy to cook and tasty.

Ingredients
- Quiche dough
- Eggs (4 medium)
- Milk (250 mL)
- Shredded cheese
For the filling:
- Cubed bacon
- Spinach
- Red bell pepper
- Spring onion
Notes
The filling can be done with any other ingredients.
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Lay the quiche dough on a circular container and stab its base with a fork all over the dough. Cook the dough for
10 minutes. - Precook all the filling (separately) in a pan or with the desired method. Reserve each ingredient without any additional fat.
- Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper, then mix it with the milk.
- Pour over the dough the eggs mix with the filling ingredients and the cheese.
- Cook for
30~35 minutes. You can optionally lower the temperature to 150 °C. Let it rest
5 minutes before serving.
Tip
After baking, garnish the quiche with chives and/or Parmesan.
