Kiwi-Jam
A sweet and sour jam, perfect for toasts with butter.
Tip
This recipe can use any other fruit/berry.
Ingredients
- Kiwis (800 g)
- Sugar (100 g)
- Water (200 mL)
Steps
- Peel the kiwis and chop them in small pieces (eights).
- Put the kiwis in a pot with the water and half the sugar. Put the lid to the pot and cook it for
15 minutes. - Blend everything together. You can leave it with some small pieces or leave everything as a pure.
- Cook everything again at medium heat with the rest of the sugar. Keep stirring for
5 minutes. - Let it sit at room temperature before pouring it into containers.
