Kiwi-Jam

A sweet and sour jam, perfect for toasts with butter.

Tip

This recipe can use any other fruit/berry.


Ingredients

  • Kiwis (800 g)
  • Sugar (100 g)
  • Water (200 mL)

Steps

  1. Peel the kiwis and chop them in small pieces (eights).
  2. Put the kiwis in a pot with the water and half the sugar. Put the lid to the pot and cook it for 🕰️ 15 minutes.
  3. Blend everything together. You can leave it with some small pieces or leave everything as a pure.
  4. Cook everything again at medium heat with the rest of the sugar. Keep stirring for 🕰️ 5 minutes.
  5. Let it sit at room temperature before pouring it into containers.
