Liquid Garlic Roti
Easy and quick bread, perfect to accompany by curry. A food-processor will be of help here at the first step
Ingredients
- All-purpose flour (265 g)
- Water (380 mL)
- Garlic (4~6 cloves)
- Salt
Steps
- Finely chop all the garlic and reserve it.
- Mix all together the water, flour and a pinch of salt. The result should be a liquid dough which could be portioned with a ladle.
- Mix the garlic into the liquid dough.
- Prepare a flat pan with some oil and heat it up on medium heat on the stove.
- Spread a portion of the mix on the pan and let it cook for
1.5~2 minutes on each side. Repeat this step until all the mix was used.
Tip
Other ingredients could be added at step 3, for example, some herbs.
