Ingredients

  • Bread flour (450 g)
  • Water (350 mL)
  • Yeast (5 g)
  • Salt (9 g)
  • Olive oil

Note

The topping to put on top of the focaccia can be almost anything, but vegetables are recommended.

Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until they are fully integrated.
  2. Let the bowl rest in the fridge for 🕰️ 12~24 hours.
  3. Spread the dough over an oiled trey and let it rest 🕰️ 2~4 hours.
  4. Put oil on your hands, then introduce the fingers (while being separated) on the dough to create extra bubbles on the surface. Do not knead!
  5. Preheat the oven at 220 °C. Meanwhile, put the toppings and olive oil on top of the focaccia.
  6. Bake in the oven for 🕰️ 25-30 minutes.
