Fresh Pasta
Pasta is a very simple recipe that can be shaped into many different forms: spaghetti, lasagna sheets, ravioli, etc. Any fresh pasta can be easily stored in the freezer and only needs 2~4 minutes to cook.

Ingredients (per ratio)
- Egg (1 M)
- Flour (100 g)
Hint
The egg can be replaced with 50 mL water to make vegan pasta.
Steps
- Mix all ingredients into a homogeneous dough. Do not use salt!
- Knead the dough for
10 minutes until it becomes elastic. - Cover the dough with some clear wrap and let it rest for
30 minutes. - Shape into the desired form.
