Green Pasta
The pasta takes the green color from spinach. Compared to the normal fresh pasta, this one provides a source of iron.
Ingredients (per ratio)
- Egg (1 M)
- Flour (240 g)
- Spinach (180 g)
Steps
- Blend the spinach with some water for
30 seconds. - Move the pure into a cheese cloth and squish all the water with your hands.
- Put the spinach into a blender with the egg and blend it.
- Mix everything with the flour and continue the steps at the fresh pasta recipe.
