Green Pasta

The pasta takes the green color from spinach. Compared to the normal fresh pasta, this one provides a source of iron.


Ingredients (per ratio)

  • Egg (1 M)
  • Flour (240 g)
  • Spinach (180 g)

Steps

  1. Blend the spinach with some water for 🕰️ 30 seconds.
  2. Move the pure into a cheese cloth and squish all the water with your hands.
  3. Put the spinach into a blender with the egg and blend it.
  4. Mix everything with the flour and continue the steps at the fresh pasta recipe.
